  Hi again!

 

On the picture you see a very delicious and nutricious lunch or dinner!It is all vegeterian and this meal makes you absoluty satisfied !It  is full with fibers and vitamins and antioxidants!

 

Main ingrediens is quinoa,it is god source of dietary fiber and iron.I added blackbeans ,tomato,onion,sugar snaps(it is nothing  "sugar "related its a kind of green fresh bean),salt and peppar and absolutly virgin oliv oil topping!

I want to make my meal more green than  i cooked spinach and it is exremely rich in antioxidants,lutein and zinc!It is very easy to cook..

 

 Here comes my dessert i have 2 ingridients :its a mango and galio melon in slices..

 

if you are interested i can post the exactly recipe to you who wants to try this meal..

 

AND why young food?..because dietary fiber regulates blood sugar and you eat less sugar!dont forget sugar makes you old..!

iron helps oxygen transport in your body and oxygen is the key to have a brillant skin!but you dont have to buy "oxygen infused beauty products"..it willl probably not help you when you need it most..So eat spinach!

Zinc is beneficial to the body immune system.you have to keep your body healty and it can recover itself after an injury or cold..so you need zinc !

Try to eat unprocessed food so much you can!it will work.

Hi everybody!

 

Who dosent want to be forever young?Yes,it depends on what you expect from your life..A short and young life is not i want to pursue..But i know a lot of people want to look like young and do a lot of surgery and other chemical stuff on their face or on their bodies..maybe it is easier to fool the people around than to fool yourself when you look att the mirror..

i want a contiously changing in the whole body by the cell or dna level..and i believe it is possible with the right food..i know we have possibility for that because we have a lot of resourses to choose the better alternatives  but somehow to choose the worst choice often easiest and then we blame that we live in a" high tempo" and there is no way we have time to plan  our basic need "FOOD". .but there is hope!! and i will be coming with my recipes and ideas soon in my blogg.. i hope somewhere och someone in the world blir inspired of my ideas..
